Coach Jim DeGoey (AKA: MastersTTRacer)
Coach DeGoey is a USA Cycling Licensed Coach and a USA Cycling Licensed Category 4 Masters amateur competitive cyclist. He has been riding, racing, and coaching for the past 18 years. He has completed 73 time trials at distances from 5 km to 40 km between 2010 and 2018. In the past 48 races, since September 2014, he has 37 podium finishes with 18 victories, including 11 Northern VA Senior Olympics age-group time trial championships, one VA Senior Games age-group time trial championship, one VA State age-group time trial championship, and two regional age-group time trial series championships. He competed in his age group time trial races at the 2015 National Senior Games and the 2017 USA Cycling Masters National Championship. (Coach Mick Cooper has been his personal coach since 2011.)


Coach Mick Cooper
Coach Cooper is a British Cycling Certified Coach. He started racing at age 40 until a car accident ended his racing career at age 54. Over the past 10 years, he has coached numerous time trial racers in Australia, the US, Europe, and the UK. Many of his clients have won Club, Regional, State, and National championships, as well as numerous personal bests. His specialities are personalized training plans, individual strength workouts, and heart rate/power test analysis.

Coach Adam Coon
Coach Coon is a USA Cycling Certified Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer. He began cycling while in college and has been competing locally and nationally since 1993. He has over a decade of racing experience and has been coaching and training cyclists since 1997. He has worked with beginning riders (just learning to pedal), elite racers (competing for national titles), and triathletes (sprint distance to Ironman). His specialities are VO2max testing and bike fitting for local clients.
