HIGHLIGHTS: All of the workouts were conducted at an aerobic or sub-aerobic pace, which is consistent with the recovery focus of this period of my training plan.

COMMENTS: Weekday workouts were conducted indoors on a stationary trainer (turbo). Weekend workouts were conducted outdoors. Fully implemented new diet of whole foods and homemade meals.
