PERIOD 13 (RECOVERY) WEEK 2 (09/16 – 09/22) TRAINING REPORT

HIGHLIGHTS: All of the workouts were conducted at an aerobic or sub-aerobic pace, which is consistent with the recovery focus of this period of my training plan.

BY THE NUMBERS:

COMMENTS: Weekday workouts were conducted indoors on a stationary trainer (turbo). Weekend workouts were conducted outdoors.
