PERIOD 13 (RECOVERY) WEEK 3 (09/23 – 09/29) TRAINING REPORT

HIGHLIGHTS: All of the workouts were conducted at an aerobic or sub-aerobic pace, which is consistent with the recovery focus of this period of my training plan.

BY THE NUMBERS:

COMMENTS: Weekday workouts were conducted indoors on a stationary trainer (turbo). Weekend workouts were conducted outdoors. Fully implemented new diet of whole foods and homemade meals. Weight on: Monday (9/23): 181.6; Tuesday (9/24): 180.8; Wednesday (9/25): 180.6; Thursday (9/26): 180.4; Friday (9/27): 180.4; Saturday (9/28): 179.8; Sunday (9/29): 178.2.
