PERIOD 13 (RECOVERY) WEEK 4 (09/30 – 10/06) TRAINING REPORT

HIGHLIGHTS: All of the workouts were conducted at an aerobic or sub-aerobic pace, which is consistent with the recovery focus of this period of my training plan.

BY THE NUMBERS:

COMMENTS: Weekday workouts were conducted indoors on a stationary trainer (turbo). Weekend workouts were conducted outdoors. Total miles for the 2012-2013 season, the second season on Michael Cooper‘s training program, were 5,430.41 versus 6,263.96 miles for the 2011-2012 season, the first year on this program.
