Foundation 3.5 Training Report

FOUNDATION 3.5 (04/03 – 04/09) TRAINING REPORT

The focus of this week’s training shifted to interval workouts during the workweek and long endurance workouts on the weekend. My Chronic Threshold Level (CTL), a measure of fitness, increased from 60 to 61. Completed two 3 x 10 minute and a 3 x 3 minute tempo interval workouts, plus 6 hours of endurance miles workouts.

HIGHLIGHTS: All cycling sessions were completed indoors with my recumbent trike on a Kinetic by Kurt Road Machine smart trainer + Rouvy application.
