PREPARATION – WEEK 4 (11/08 – 11/14) TRAINING REPORT
HIGHLIGHTS: It has been 20 weeks since the accident. This was the sixth week back on my indoor trainer using the ZWIFT online application. The goal is to slowly increase time in the saddle as I begin weekly outpatient physical therapy for my neck and back for the next several months.
Tuesday’s L3 Tempo workout was 13.97 miles completed in 0:45:17. Average speed was 18.5 mph; maximum speed was 24.4 mph. Average power was 109 watts; maximum power was 194 watts.
Wednesday’s L1 Active Recovery Rolling workout was 16..75 miles completed in 0:56:43. Average speed was 18.2 mph; maximum speed was 23.0 mph. Average power was 105 watts; maximum power was 136 watts.
Friday’s L2 Endurance Steady workout was 18.40 miles completed in 1:00:15. Average speed was 18.4 mph; maximum speed was 27.7 mph. Average power was 113 watts; maximum power was 147 watts.
