2018 USAC National Rankings

Here are my 2018 USA Cycling (USAC) national rankings for Masters age-group Category 4 Time Trial competitors. The first ranking in each category is from September 17, 2017, at the end of last season. The second ranking, in bold, is as of August 30, 2018, after my last USAC race this season. Many of my rankings declined due to the addition of younger competitors in my age group. Next season, I will move into the next older Masters age group. Note that the total number of competitors in all of my age groups also declined by an average of 11.0% over 2017.

• Rank in State: 7 of 89 (7.77%); 8 of 73 (10.96%).
• Rank in Riding Age: 3 of 11 (27.27%); 2 of 10 (20.00%).
• Rank in 5 Year Age Group: 18 of 64 (28.12%); 15 of 74 (20.27%).
• Rank in 10 Year Age Group: 38 of 204 (18.63%); 48 of 203 (23.65%).
• Overall Rank: 184 of 2,381 (7.73%); 220 of 2,142 (10.27%).

My overall rank in my 5 Year Age Group (against all Categories) improved slightly in 2018: 41 of 189 (21.69%); 39 of 194 (20.10%).
