PERIOD 10 – WEEK 5  (09/30 – 10/06) TRAINING REPORT

HIGHLIGHTS: This was the second week of the two-week recovery period before the start of training for the 2020 season. All of the rides were completed outdoors on a local bike trail.

Monday’s ride was a 23.01 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:27:04. Average speed was 15.9 mph; maximum speed was 24.0 mph.

Wednesday’s ride was a 23.01 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:35:42. Average speed was 14.5 mph; maximum speed was 21.7 mph.

Thursday’s ride was a 15.59 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:03:43. Average speed was 14.8 mph; maximum speed was 21.1 mph.

Saturday’s ride was a 37.58 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 2:42:51. Average speed was 13.9 mph; maximum speed was 21.7 mph.

Sunday’s ride was a 23.01 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:31:58. Average speed was 15.1 mph; maximum speed was 22.1 mph.
