PERIOD 13 – WEEK 3 (10/22 – 10/28) TRAINING REPORT
HIGHLIGHTS: This was the first full week of recovery after the last races of the season. All of the rides were conducted outdoors on a local bike trail.
Tuesday’s ride was a 20.16 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:21:45. Average speed was 14.8 mph; maximum speed was 22.8 mph.
Wednesday’s ride was a 28.55 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:58:40. Average speed was 14.5 mph; maximum speed was 24.0 mph.
Thursday’s ride was a 21.41 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:28:19. Average speed was 14.6 mph; maximum speed was 26.7 mph.
Friday’s ride was a 18.03 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:14:58. Average speed was 14.5 mph; maximum speed was 22.2 mph.
Saturday’s ride was a 34.36 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 2:20:18. Average speed was 14.7 mph; maximum speed was 23.4 mph.
Sunday’s ride was a 20.12 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:20:04. Average speed was 15.1 mph; maximum speed was 22.4 mph.
