PERIOD 13 – WEEK 4  (10/29 – 11/04) TRAINING REPORT

HIGHLIGHTS: This was the second full week of recovery after the last races of the season. All of the rides were conducted outdoors on a mix of local bike trail, roadways, and residential streets.

Tuesday’s ride was a 24.00 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:39:12. Average speed was 14.5 mph; maximum speed was 26.4 mph.

Wednesday’s ride was a 23.75 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:30:06. Average speed was 15.9 mph; maximum speed was 22.7 mph.

Thursday’s ride was a 17.91 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:12:39. Average speed was 14.8 mph; maximum speed was 22.6 mph.

Friday’s ride was a 28.45 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 1:43:03. Average speed was 16.6 mph; maximum speed was 26.0 mph.

Saturday’s ride was a 31.97 mile effort at 60%-70% MHR completed in 2:10:07. Average speed was 14.8 mph; maximum speed was 24.3 mph.

Sunday’s ride was a 35.89 mile effort at 60%-80% MHR completed in 2:25:50. Average speed was 14.8 mph; maximum speed was 34.1 mph.
