First, I added three additional charts, with associated content, to the TRAINING page to show what average speed I have to maintain to ensure victory in every time trial I enter in 2014.

Second, I added a chart to the DIET page to track my weight loss over the past two seasons and going forward into 2014.

Third, I modified the format of the weekly training reports to be more descriptive, though there is still a focus on numbers, such as average speed, cadence, and percentage of maximum heart rate, which are among my key training metrics.

In other news, I renewed my membership last week for the 2014 season with my current team, National Capital Velo Club (NCVC/UnitedHealthcare). There is a very real possibility of seeing a NCVC sweep of all three podium positions in my new age group at a number of the races.
