RECOVERY – WEEK 2 (10/11 – 10/17) TRAINING REPORT

HIGHLIGHTS: It has been 16 weeks since the accident. This was the second week back on my indoor trainer using the ZWIFT online application. The goal is to slowly increase time in the saddle as I begin weekly outpatient physical therapy for my neck and back for the next two months.

Tuesday’s L1 Active Recovery Undulations was 9.16 miles completed in 0:30:18. Average speed was 18.2 mph; maximum speed was 22.5 mph. Average power was 106 watts; maximum power was 128 watts.

Thursday’s L1 Active Recovery Varied was 11.06 miles completed in 0:37:11. Average speed was 17.9 mph; maximum speed was 28.8 mph. Average power was 107 watts; maximum power was 143 watts.

Saturday’s L1 Active Recovery Rolling was 10.81 miles completed in 0:36:17. Average speed was 17.9 mph; maximum speed was 22.4 mph. Average power was 100 watts; maximum power was 122 watts.

Sunday’s L1 Active Recovery Steady was 12.09 miles completed in 0:40:17. Average speed was 18.0 mph; maximum speed was 22.7 mph. Average power was 102 watts; maximum power was 118 watts.
