RECOVERY WEEK (09/26 – 10/02) TRAINING REPORT

Starting the 2022-23 race season with a week completely off the bike. Activities include my 20-minute yoga routine and short walks around my new neighborhood. There were three days at the start of the week when I packed up my apartment, moved into a new single-family house, and began unpacking. Normal training sessions on the trike resume next week.

Friday’s walk was 0.93 miles in 0:20:44. Speed was 21:34 min/mi.

Sunday’s walk was 1.21 miles in 0:25:19. Speed was 20:58 min/mi.
